High-quality castings and machined housings for diverse industry applications.

Air-cooled cylinder liners are manufactured in the material families suited to the wear resistance and thermal performance the application demands, confirmed with the customer during drawing and specification review.

Cylinder head cores involve intricate, often thin-walled internal geometry for water jackets and port passages. Core accuracy at this stage determines final wall thickness and passage geometry in the finished head, which is why core-making is presented as a distinct capability rather than a hidden step.

Cores and, where applicable, the cylinder head casting itself are produced using sand and shell processes suited to this level of internal complexity.

Core dimensions and, for finished castings, critical machined features are checked against the customer's drawing, with attention to the wall-thickness consistency that cylinder heads require for structural and thermal performance.

This capability supports automotive engine manufacturers and Tier suppliers who need either cylinder head cores as a standalone supply, or a complete cast-and-machined cylinder head component.

Both. Mahati supplies cylinder head cores as a standalone product to customers who cast heads themselves, and also manufactures complete cast, machined cylinder head components.
Cores are produced using sand and shell core-making processes suited to the intricate water-jacket and port-passage geometry of a cylinder head.
Core accuracy determines the final wall thickness and internal passage geometry of the cast head, which affects both structural integrity and thermal performance.
