Cylinder Head Core Capability

The cylinder head is one of the most geometrically complex castings in an engine, and its internal water-jacket and port passages are formed almost entirely by cores. Core Geometry

Cylinder head cores involve intricate, often thin-walled internal geometry for water jackets and port passages.
